1. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered. All purchases made on The Urban Carrier are considered final.
2. Exception – Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may consider a return or refund, subject to verification and approval.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement:
- An uninterrupted opening/unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- The opening process
- The product and the defect/damage
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Reporting a Damage or Defect
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number, clear photos, and the unboxing video.

4. Non-Eligible Items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, wear & tear, or mishandling
- Claims raised without an unboxing video
- Requests made after the 48-hour window
5. Refund Processing (If Approved)
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
