 Return & Refund Policy for The Urban Carrier

We want you to love your purchase from The Urban Carrier. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

3.1 Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging attached within 15 days of delivery.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For hygiene reasons, footwear (unless defective) and pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

3.2 Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer care team at contact@urbancarrier.com or +91 98765 43210 within the 15-day window to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to ship the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all tags. Mail the product to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

3.3 Refunds (if applicable):
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

3.4 Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a non-defective item for a different size or colour, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order.

3.5 Shipping Costs for Returns:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

3.6 Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@urbancarrier.com. We will arrange a free return and replacement/refund for you.

3.7 Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded, only exchanged if found to be defective.

3.8 Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
