1. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered. All purchases made on The Urban Carrier are considered final.


2. Exception – Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may consider a return or refund, subject to verification and approval.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement:

  • An uninterrupted opening/unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package
    • The opening process
    • The product and the defect/damage
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Reporting a Damage or Defect

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number, clear photos, and the unboxing video.

Once verified, we will decide on a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.


4. Non-Eligible Items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, wear & tear, or mishandling
  • Claims raised without an unboxing video
  • Requests made after the 48-hour window

5. Refund Processing (If Approved)

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
